摘 要:2007年8月30日全国人大常委会通过的《就业促进法》,标志着我国公民就业权的平等保护进入了一个新的里程碑。本文以我国农民工就业权的平等保护为题,具体介绍了农民工平等就业权的法律依据,明确地指出了实施《就业促进法》存在的各种障碍,最后提出了完善农民工就业权之平等保护的种种设想。The Employment Promotion Law of China, which was passed by the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress on 30th August 2007, is a new milestone. It is a symbol that equal protection of Chinese citizens ' employment right enters a new stage. This paper not only introduces the legal foundation of the employment right of Chinese peasant workers, but also points out various obstacles in the enforcement of Employment Promotion Law. At the end, the authors put forward some system designs on perfecting the equal protection on the employment right of peasant workers.
