非小细胞肺癌病人外周血CK19 mRNA表达及意义

摘　　要：目的探讨细胞角蛋白19(CK19)mRNA在非小细胞肺癌病人外周血微转移的表达特点及其临床意义。方法采用实时荧光定量RT-PCR的方法,对35例非小细胞肺癌病人和10例健康人外周血CK19 mRNA表达进行检测。结果35例肺癌病人外周血中,24例CK19 mRNA阳性表达,10例健康人外周血中CK19 mRNA均阴性表达(χ2=12.07,P<0.05)。肺癌病人外周血中CK19 mRNA阳性表达与临床分期、病理分型和肿瘤分化程度无相关性(P>0.05),与淋巴结转移密切相关(χ2=5.93,P<0.05)。结论肺癌病人外周血中CK19 mRNA表达较高可能与肺癌发病有关,检测CK19 mRNA对于早期判断病人预后有一定的临床意义。Objective To investigate the expression of CK19 mRNA in peripheral blood cells in patients with non-small cell lung cancer （NSCLC） and its clinical significance. Methods The expression of CK19 mRNA of 35 NSCLC patients and 10 normal healthy volunteers were detected by real-time fluorescent quantitative RT-PCR. Results The positive expression of CK19 mRNA was detected in 24 patients （χ^2 = 12.07 ,P〈0. 05）, none in volunteers. The positive expression pf CK19 mRNA was not related to the clinical staging, phathological typing, and tumor cell differentiation （P〉0.05）, but closely related with the lymph node metastasis （Х^2=5.93,P〈0.05）. Conclusion The higher expression of CK19 mRNA in peripheral blood of NSCLC may be related to the occurrence of the disease. A detection of CK19 mRNA is of definite significance in early prediction of its prognosis.
