间皮素mRNA与子宫内膜癌的相关性研究

摘　　要：目的 研究间皮素mRNA的表达与子宫内膜癌的相关性。方法 采用半定量RT-PCR技术检测41例子宫内膜癌组织和14例正常子宫内膜组织中间皮素mRNA的表达情况。结果 间皮素mRNA在子宫内膜癌和正常子宫内膜组织中的表达率分别为82.9%（34/41）、78.6%（11/14）,相对含量分别为0.75±0.22、0.54±0.09,子宫内膜癌组织间皮素mRNA相对含量高于正常子宫内膜组织（t=2.949,P〈0.05）。手术病理分期Ⅲ～Ⅳ期、有淋巴结转移、深肌层浸润及低分化组的子宫内膜癌间皮素mRNA相对含量分别高于手术病理分期Ⅰ～Ⅱ期、无淋巴结转移、浅肌层浸润及高中分化组（t=2.204～3.971,P〈0.05）。结论 间皮素mRNA的过表达与子宫内膜癌的浸润、转移有相关性,检测其表达有助于子宫内膜癌恶性程度的判断和预后的估计。Objective To investigate the relationship between the expression of mesothelin mRNA and endometrial catch noma. Methods The semi-quantitative reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction （RT-PCR） was used to examine the expression of mesothelin mRNA in 41 cases of endometrial carcinoma and 14 cases of normal endometrium. Results The mesothelin mRNA expression in carcinoma and normal endometrium was 82.9 % and 78.6%, respectively. The relative contents of mesothelin mRNA were 0.75±0.22 and 0. 54±0.09, respectively, and the level in endometrial carcinoma was significantly higher than that in normal endometrium （P〈0.05）. The relative contents of mesothelin mRNA in endometrial carcinoma of surgical pathologic staging Ⅲ -Ⅳ with lymphatic metastasis, deep myometrium invasion and poor differentiation were significantly higher than those of surgical pathologic staging Ⅰ -Ⅱ without lymphatic metastasis, with superficial myometrium invasion and well differentiation （P〈0. 05）. Conclusion The overexpression of mesothelin mRNA is related to invasion and metastasis of endometrial cancer, the detection of which is conducive to the judgement of its malignancy and predicition of its prognosis.
