子宫内膜癌组织TGF-β_1及其受体表达和意义

摘　　要：目的 研究转化生长因子β1（TGF-β1）及其Ⅰ型受体（TβRⅠ）在子宫内膜癌组织中的表达及其临床意义。方法 采用RT-PCR方法 检测72例子宫内膜癌及62例正常子宫内膜组织中TGF-β1及TβRⅠmRNA的表达水平,分析其与临床病理参数之间的关系。结果 子宫内膜癌组织中TGF-β1 mRNA的表达明显高于正常内膜组织,而TβRⅠmRNA的表达明显低于正常内膜组织（t=16.57、15.49,P〈0.01）。TGF-β1mRNA及TβRⅠmRNA在子宫内膜癌中的表达均与肿瘤的临床分期、组织学分级、肌层浸润深度、淋巴结转移有关（F=8.01～25.40,t=3.73～9.68,P〈0.05）。结论 TGF-β1及TβRⅠ在子宫内膜癌的发生、发展中可能起重要作用。Objective To explore the expressions and clinical significance of transforming growth factor β1 （TGF-β1） and its type I receptor （TβR Ⅰ） in endometrial carcinoma. Methods The mRNA expressions of TGF-β1 and TβR Ⅰwere evaluated by RT-PCR in 72 cases of endometrial carcinoma and 62 normal endometria. Their correlation with pathological parameters was analyzed. Results The mRNA of TGF-β1 in the cancer tissue was higher than that in the normal one （P〈0.05）, and the mRNA of TβR Ⅰ was lower （P〈0.05）. The mRNA levels of TGF-β1 and TβR Ⅰwere related with clincal and histological staging, the depth of muscular infiltration and lymph node metastasis （P〈0.05）. Conclusion TGF-β1 and TβR Ⅰmay play an important role in genesis and development of endometrial carcinoma.
