子宫内膜癌组织中VEGF与突变型p53基因表达的关系

摘　　要：目的 了解子宫内膜癌组织中血管内皮生长因子（VEGF）与突变型抑癌基因p53的表达情况,以探讨其在子宫内膜癌发生及转移中的作用。方法 应用免疫组化PV法检测45例子宫内膜癌及10例正常子宫内膜组织中VEGF和突变型p53基因的表达及其相关性,分析其与各临床病理参数之间的关系。结果 子宫内膜癌组织中VEGF及突变型P53蛋白表达阳性率均高于正常子宫内膜,两者呈显著正相关（r=0.585,P〈0.01）;两者表达均与临床分期、组织分化程度、淋巴结转移有关（χ^2=4.148～11.383,P〈0.05）,VEGF表达与肌层浸润深度无明显相关性（χ^2=0.220,P〉0.05）,而突变型p53基因表达则与肌层浸润深度有关（χ^2=5.494,P〈0.05）。结论 VEGF和突变型p53基因在子宫内膜癌的发生、侵袭、转移和预后过程中可能起着十分重要的作用。Objective To observe the expressions of vascular endothelial growth factor （VEGF） and mutant tumor suppressor gene p53 in endometrial carcinoma,and their corelations with the metastasis of endometrial carcinoma. Methods Expressions of VEGF and p53 were examined in 45 cases of endometrial carcinoma and 10 cases of normal endometrium by immunohistochemical method. Results Expressions of mutant p53 and VEGF were significantly increased in endometrial carcinoma than in normal endometrium, and Mutant p53 was positively correlated with VEGF （r= 0. 585, P〈0.01）. The positive expression rates of p53 and VEGF were closely related to clinical stage, histological grade and lymphonode metastasis （Х^2 = 4. 148- 11. 383, P〈 0.05）. The positive expression rate of VEGF was not correlated with the depth of infiltrating muscular layer （Х^2 = 0. 220, P〈 0.05）, while that of mutant p53 was closely correlated with it （Х^2 =5. 494,P〈0.05）. Conclusion VEGF and mutant p53 may play an important role in pathogenesis,metastasis and prognosis of endometrial carcinoma.
