摘 要:果蝇和脊椎动物的心脏早期发育具有平行的基因控制机理,果蝇是替代人体心脏进行基因功能研究的理想模式.利用P转位子作为诱变工具,诱发果蝇第二染色体基因突变,筛选与心脏发育有关的基因.初步结果表明,有3个第二染色体隐性致死突变基因在心脏组织有lacZ表达,并且观察到有心脏前体细胞的突变表型.这预示在这3个致死系中,P转位子可能插入到与心脏发育有关的基因中或这些基因的附近.Since there are parallel genetic principles that operate during early heart development of Drosophila and vertebrates, Drosophila has been proven to be an excellent model system for studying the function and orchestration of heart developmental genes of human being. Here we report that induced gene mutation of Drosophila on chromosome 2 by single Pelement insertional mutagenesis and screened genes relating to heart development. Preliminary experimental results showed that three recessive lethal mutant genes, located on chromosome 2 of Drosophila, could be expressed lac Z protein in heart tissue and observed some mutant phenotypes in heart progenitor cells. It is suggested that pelement may be inserted in the middle or near genes which related to heart development for three lethal systems. We want to further study three lethal systems.
