YDZ-228型全自动牙科压铸机性能及其制作的IPS Empress全瓷冠前牙美容修复临床效果评价

摘　　要：目的评价YDZ-228型压铸机性能及其制作的IPS Empress全瓷冠前牙美容修复的临床效果。方法使用YDZ-228型全自动牙科压铸机，为22例患者制作IPSEmpress全瓷冠29颗，随访观察修复体色泽、形态、边缘密舍度和耐用性．结果22例29颗IPS Empress全瓷冠颜色、形态、透明度和边缘密舍度满意。随访观察3～6个月，色泽稳定，边缘密合，功能良好。结论YDZ-228型压铸机制作的IPS Empress全瓷冠性能稳定可靠，国产压铸机的研制成功有助于IPS Empress技术在临床上的推广应用。Objective To assess the performance of YDZ- 228 dental automatic press- casting machine and to evaluate the clinical results of IPS Empress all- ceramic crowns made by this machine in the anterior tooth esthetic prosthetics. Methods 29 IPS Empress full crowns were made by YDZ - 228 dental automatic press - casting machine for 22 patients. The colour, shape, marginal integrity and durability were followed- up and observed. Results 29 crowns were satisfied in color, shape, transparency and marginal integrity. All patients were followed up for 3 to 6 months. The color, marginal integrity and function of all IPS Empress full crowns were satisfactory. Conclusion The clinical results of IPS Empress all- ceramic crowns made by YDZ - 228 dental automatic press - casting machine are satisfactory. This machine can contribute to the wide clinical application of IPS Empress technique.
