摘  要:沙棘果皮沸水煮提得到粗多糖,经纸层析及气相色谱分析,该粗多糖组成为Ara,Fuc,Xly,Gal,Man,Glc和GalA.粗多糖经酸性乙醇分级得四个级分.将对柯萨奇病毒(CoxsackieBVirus,CBV)B3有初步抑制作用的HR3用DEAE-SephadexA-25柱层析进一步分级,得到2个级分Hn和Ha.Hn是由Ara,Gal,Man和Glc组成的中性杂多糖,对柯萨奇病毒B3具有明显的抑制作用.The crude polysaccharide was isolated by boiling water. PC and GC show it consists of Ara, Fuc, Xly, Gal, Man, Glc and GalA. The crude polysaccharide has been fractionated with acidified ethanol. Four fractions were got respectively. HR 3 has anti-virus activity. HR 3 was further purified by chromatography on a columm(2 5×90 cm) of DEAE-Sephadex A-25. Two fractions were obtained. They are neutral component H n and acidic component H a. H n has notable anti virus (CBV 3) activity.
