摘　　要：视网膜脱离(RD)是严重的致盲性眼病,RD后视功能恢复不良是目前众多研究者关注的焦点。文章综述了近年来RD后视功能受损和视网膜内源性保护机制的研究进展,探讨了造成视功能损伤的可能机制。Retinal detachment （RD） is one of the serious diseases of visual impairment. The visual function recovery after RD has been the focus of many researchers. The research progress of the mechanisms of visual function impairment andretinal endogenous self-protection after RD is reviewed in this article.
