胃癌淋巴管E钙黏蛋白、β连环素的表达与癌转移的关系

摘　　要：目的:探讨胃癌淋巴管E钙黏蛋白、β连环素的表达与癌转移的相关性。方法:胃癌标本32例,正常胃组织标本2例。通过免疫组织化学方法,用淋巴管内皮透明质酸受体-1(LYVE-1)标记定位,观察胃癌淋巴管E钙黏蛋白和β连环素的表达。结果:LYVE-1在淋巴管阳性表达,正常组织淋巴管E钙黏蛋白、β连环素表达阴性。胃癌组织淋巴管的E钙黏蛋白表达阴性。β连环素在淋巴管的表达,低分化组表达率为56.5%,与高分化癌淋巴管的表达率(43.3%)有明显差异;有淋巴结转移组表达率58.5%,和无转移癌表达率(43.3%)也有明显差异。结论:E钙黏蛋白/β连环素复合物在介导肿瘤细胞进入淋巴管中起一定的作用,β连环素弱阳性表达与癌的转移有正相关性。Objective： To study the correlation of the expression of E-cadherin and β-catenin with the mechanism of tumor lymphatic metastasis in gastric carcinoma tissues. Methods： 32 Gastric carcinoma specimens and 2 normal stomach specimens were used to detect the expressions of β-catenin and E-cadherin of the lymphatic vessel by immunohistochemistry. Results ： The positive expression of lymphatic vessel endothelial hyaluronan receptor-1 （LYVE-1） was found in the lymphatic vessels, while the negative expressions of β-catenin and E-cadherin in the lymphatic vessels of the normal gastric tissue. The expression of E-cadherin was negative in the gastric carcinoma tissues. The expression ratio of βcatenin was 56.5 % in the lymphatic vessels of poorly differentiated gastric carcinoma which had significant difference with that in the well differentiated group （4 3.3 % ） ; while the expression ratio was 5 8.5 % in the lymph transferred group which also had significant difference with that in the group without lymph metastasis （4 3.3 % ）. Conclusion ： E-cadherin/β-catenin plays a certain role in the adhesion between tumor cells and lymphatic endothelial cells. The weakly positive expression of β-catenin has positive correlation with the metastasis of cancer.
