摘 要:以福建沿海7种常见的双壳类为材料,研究其血清及肌肉提取液对10种脊椎动物血细胞、8种单细胞藻类、5种微生物细胞和5种真菌孢子的凝集性能.实验结果表明,7种双壳类的血清或肌肉提取液中均含有凝集素,能凝集一种或多种类型的红细胞、单细胞藻类及微生物细胞.且不同种类对细胞的凝集效应不同,产生凝集作用所需的最低蛋白质浓度相差很大.在供试的细胞中,兔红细胞、紫球藻和啤酒酵母对双壳类凝集素最敏感.The haemolymph and muscle extracts from 7 species of bivalve were tested for agglutinating activity using 10 kinds of erythrocytes of human and animal, 8 species of unicellular algae, 5 kinds of microbe and 5 kinds of fungal spore. The results showed that both haemolymph and muscle extracts of bivalve contain lectins which agglutinated one or more types of the erythrocytes, unicellular algae or unicellular microbe used. Agglutinations of erythrocytes, unicellular algae or unicellular microbe produced by different species were different and the minimum protein concentration which was required to produce agglutination varied remarkably. The erythrocytes of rabbit, Porphyridium purpureum, Saccharomyces carlsbergensis are the most sensitive cells respectively by synthesizing the agglutination activity of haemolymph and muscle extracts of bivalve.
