摘 要:研究了SME1和CIK细胞系,以及南方鲶、鲶、大鳍、草鱼等6个样品的RAPD图谱,测定了各样品间的Nei相似系数和单匹配相似系数,并绘制了聚类树形图.Nei相似系数更适于细胞系与原种动物的相似性分析;细胞系与原鱼种的相似系数大于种间相似系数;培养时间短的SME1细胞与其原鱼种南方鲶的相似系数大于培养时间长的CIK细胞与其原生鱼种草鱼的相似系数.Random Amplified Polymorphic DNA(RAPD) analysis was applied to two cell line:SME 1 and CIK,three species of the catfish: S astotus linnacus,S soldatovi merionalis Chen,and M.macropterus Bleeker and C idellus .The RAPD patterns were compared by Nei similarity and simple matching coefficients of similarity,and the dendrograms were drawn.The Nei similarity was more useful in the comparision between cell line and their original fish.The similarity between cell line and their original fish was higher than that between species.The similarity between the short time cultured cell line and its original fish was higher than that between the long time cultured cell line and its original fish.
