摘　　要：通过分析床层分层过程,提出了一种床层松散度的检测方法,并以此为基础设计了跳汰床层松散度模糊控制系统,该系统以PLC为核心,以模糊算法为控制器,用质量流量控制器(MFC)控制进风量使床层适当松散,从而使跳汰床层良好分层,实现了跳汰床层松散度的自动控制。Based on the stratification process of jig bed,this paper presents method to detect the porosity of the jig bed,and on witch,the fuzzy control system to control the porosity of the jig bed was designed.This system takes PLC as core,fuzzy algorithmic approach as controller and uses mass flow controller(MFC) control the air volume,so making proper porosity,and better stratification of jig bed,realizing the automatic control of the porosity of the jig bed.
