摘 要:为了将复杂的凸轮机构可视化,实时地模拟其真实的运动状态,利用空间啮合原理,建立弧面分度凸轮的轮廓曲面方程.采用模块化设计思想,基于VC++面向对象的方法及UG二次开发技术,建立弧面分度凸轮参数化设计系统,实现具有真实感的弧面分度凸轮的三维实体造型.在UG环境下进行装配、仿真与干涉检测,验证设计的合理性.UG实体造型完成后生成数控加工程序,实现对弧面分度凸轮的数控加工.In order to make sophisticated cam mechanism into a visualized one and simulate its actual motion state, the equation of curved surface of the contour of globoid indexing cam was established by using spatial gearing principle. A parameterization design system of globoid indexing cam was also established by using modular design idea, object-oriented VC+ + method, and technique of UG secondary development, so that the three-dimensional solid modeling of globoid indexing cam with the sense of reality was realized. Then the assembly model was built under the circumstance of UG directly. Meanwhile, the movement of the mechanism was simulated and the interference was checked so that the reasonableness of the design was verified. NC machining program was generated after solid modeling with UG, and NC machining of the globoid indexing cam could be implemented.
