摘 要:针对实际工程中存在的受拉钢筋纵向非均匀锈蚀梁,从锈蚀钢筋混凝土本构关系入手,对锈蚀梁结构性能退化和破坏特征进行分析.建立锈蚀梁有限元模型,钢筋单元采用三维杆单元,混凝土单元采用8节点实体单元,钢筋与混凝土之间的粘结单元采用非线性弹簧单元.利用大型有限元ANSYS分析软件,对纵向非均匀锈蚀梁的受力性能进行模拟,模拟结果与其他非线性分析方法结果类似,说明采用非线性有限元方法分析纵向非均匀锈蚀梁受力性能正确有效.On the basis of the constitutive relationship of the corroded reinforced concrete and aimed at the longitudinally and non-uniformly corroded beams, their structural performance deterioration and destructive characters were analyzed. Their finite element model was established, in which the three-dimensional rod element was taken as the steel bar element, the eight-node solid element as the concrete element, and the nonlinear spring element as the bonding element between the steel bars and concrete. The bearing capacity of the reinforced concrete beam with lengthways non-uniformly corroded steel bars was simulated by making use of the large-scale finite element software ANSYS. Similarity of the ANSYS simulation results to other nonlinear analysis results manifested that the nonlinear finite element analysis for the reinforced concrete beam with lengthways non-uniform corroded steel bars was reliable and accurate.
