精神科护士对遇袭的认知及遇袭后心理状态分析

摘　　要：目的了解精神科护士在工作中遭遇患者突然袭击后的心理状态。方法对194例精神科护士(包括男护士)进行问卷调查。结果51.0%的护士从未遭遇袭击,44.3%的护士遇袭击1次,4.7%的护士遇袭击2次或以上。大多数精神科护士遭遇患者突然袭击后的心理状态为无可奈何,且表现出悲伤心理,主要是因为意识到精神科护士在遇袭中可能遭受严重伤害,此类事件难以避免,因而主观上显得比较被动。对于防范遇袭缺乏积极的思想准备。结论精神科护士应具有较强的工作责任心,加强对袭击事件的防范意识,不断完善应付袭击事件的具体措施。Objective To investigate the psychiatric nurses＇ cognition and mental status as being attacked by psychopaths during work. Methods 194 psychiatric nurses （including malenurses） were surveyed by using questioni naire. Results 51.0% psychiatric nurses were never attacked by psychopaths, 44.3% were attacked once, 4.7% were attacked twice or more. For most psychiatric nurses, the mental status displayed having no idea and grief. The main reasofi was that most psychiatric nurses awared that they might he subject to severe harm during being attacked, and this kind of events were unavoidable, so they were subjectively passive, and lacked the positive mentality and countermeasure against assault from psychopaths. Conclusion Psychiatric nurses should possess strong responsihiiity, while strengthen guarding consciousness and countermeasure against assault.
