摘 要:目的探讨亚低温下缺血预处理对大鼠肠缺血再灌注肾损伤的保护作用。方法选用健康Wistar大鼠24只,随机分成3组(每组8只):假手术对照组(sham组)、缺血再灌注组(I/R组)、亚低温预处理组(MHIP组)。夹闭大鼠肠系膜上动脉(SMA)60min造成缺血,再灌注2h后取出肾组织制成匀浆,测定超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化酶(GSH-PX)、Ca2+-Mg2+-ATPase的活性及丙二醛(MDA)含量,观察肾组织形态细胞学变化。结果MHIP组肾组织MDA含量明显低于I/R组(P<0.01),SOD、GSH-PX、Ca2+-Mg2+-ATPase的活性均明显高于I/R组(P<0.01),肾细胞形态学异常变化明显减轻。结论亚低温缺血预处理能减少大鼠脂质过氧化,改善ATPase功能,减轻大鼠肠缺血再灌注所致肾损伤。Objective To explore the renal injury after gut ischemia-reperfusion in protective effects of mild hypothermia ischemic-preconditioning on rats. Methods The rats were divided randomly into ghree groups: ①sham operated group, ②ischemia-reperfution ( I/R ) group, ③mild hypothermia ischemic-preconditioning (MHIP) group. Superior mesenteric artery was clipped for 60 min to cause ischimia, and then unclipped to make reperfusion. 2 hours after reperfusion, the renal tissues were gathered and homogenized, and the contents of SOD, GSH-PX, MDA and Ca^2 + -Mg^2 + -ATPase, and morphological changes of renal were assayed. Results .The content of MDA in renal in MHIP group was less than that in I/R group(P 〈0.01 ) ,the contents of SOD ,GSH- PX and Ca^2+ -Mg^2+ -ATPase in MHIP group was higher than those in I/R group(P 〈0.01 ) ,and the abnormal morphological changes of renal were alleviated remarkably. Conclusion Mild hypothermia ischemic-preconditioning can reduce lipid peroxidation,improve ATPase activity and decrease renal injury in rats after guts I/R injury.
