摘　　要：脑梗死急性期患者血压的变化十分常见,对血压的处理原则存在诸多争议。通过阅读国内外近年来的相关文献资料,探讨脑梗死急性期血压的变化与临床预后的关系,发现脑梗死患者急性期血压独立影响预后,入院7d内血压处理应谨慎。The blood pressure change is very common in patients with acute cerebral infarction. The optimal management of the blood pressure still remains unclear in acute cerebral infarction. To explore relationship between blood pressure changes and patients＇prognosis in acute cerebral infarction, the author read many articles at home and abroad, drew a conclusion that the blood pressure in acute stage influence independently the prognosis in patients with acute cerebral infarction,and suggested that the blood pressure should be cautiously handled during the first 7-day hopitalization.
