摘 要:针对国内很多中板厂没有测厚仪的现状,开发了无测厚仪下的自适应轧制模型。该模型采用自然对数法进行厚度范围的划分,并且在各个厚度范围内,将落在其中的根据各道次实际生产数据回归的轧件变形抗力参数按照轧制时间的由近及远,进行指数平滑处理,以此作为各个厚度范围的变形抗力参数。在进行变形抗力参数的回归时,各道次的出口厚度以高精度弹跳模型为基础进行计算,并采用目标厚度锁定及遗传偏差的方法对各道次的计算出口厚度进行处理,以最大限度的保证回归的准确性。将该自适应轧制模型实际应用于某中板厂3 000 mm轧机的过程控制中,获得了良好的效果。As on most of Chinese plate mills there is no gauge meter, an adaptive rolling model was developed for them. Natural logarithmic method was used to determine plate thickness rangs, and in each range, in sequence of rolling time from the last piece, the regressive deformation resistance parameters of all rolling pieces were calculated from real-time data and were dealt with method of exponential smoothing, and then,the obtained result was used as deformation resistance parameter of rolling pieces of this thickness range. In the process of the regression of deformation resistance parameter, high precision spring model was used to calculate the exit thick of each pass, the target thickness locking method and the inherited deviation method were used to deal with the calculated exit thickness,to ensure the accuracy of the regression treatment.
