摘 要:为了高精度预测中厚板轧件的头尾舌形量,从而为平面形状控制提供相关参数,以理论分析为基础,提出了头部微单元的概念,构造了舌形缺陷的预测模型。模型从体积守恒的角度出发,证明了舌形缺陷的体积来自于头部微单元,并通过推导得出了将距离轧件边部0.2倍宽度处的舌形量作为舌形缺陷的标识量比较合适。模型最终将舌形缺陷的标识量解耦为轧件的伸长率和头部微单元长度的乘积。在构建了头部等效微单元的量化模型的基础上,得到了舌形缺陷的预计算模型。将此模型实际应用于某中板厂3000轧机轧件舌形缺陷的预测中,取得了良好的效果。In order to forecast the long ear disfigurement of plate with high precision, and correlate parameters of plan view control, on the base of theoretical analysis,the conception of tiny cell was brought forward,a forecasting model of long ear disfigurement was built. Using volume conversation law, the model proved that volume of long ear is formed from the tiny cells at the head, and it is best to use long ear volume at 0.2 times width of rolled piece from the edge as identification index of long ear disfigurement. The identification index then was uncoupled into the product of elongation percentage and length of tiny cells at the head. With quantitative model of tiny cells at the head, a forecasting model of long ear disfigurement was obtained. The model was applied to a 3 000 mm plate mill,with good effects.
