摘　　要：吸纳ISO9000族标准管理思想,是优化高校教学管理工作的一条有效途径。本文通过分析ISO9000族质量管理体系应用于高校语言实验室管理工作的意义和可行性,从满意度、关注过程和持续改进等方面探索构建高校语言实验室管理服务质量体系的基本内容和思路。The application of IS09000 to the optimization of teaching management in colleges and universities is an effective way. This paper analyzed the significance and feasibility of the IS09000 quality system for the management of language lab in colleges and universities. The basic contents and ideas of constructing management quality system for language lab in colleges and universities were explored from the aspects of satisfaction, management process and sustainable improvement.
