摘　　要：目的总结大脑镰旁脑膜瘤手术的治疗经验。方法1996年7月—2005年7月对29例大脑镰旁脑膜瘤在手术时应用银夹阻断供血动脉、术中采用控制性低血压或术前行供血血管栓塞;瘤体较大,尽量分块一次切除。结果按S impson切除程度:Ⅰ级切除19例、Ⅱ级切除7例、Ⅲ级切除2例、Ⅳ级切除1例,术后复发2例,均再次手术切除,术中无1例死亡或出现凶险大出血。结论肿瘤全切除是预防复发的有效措施,控制出血、保护脑功能是确保手术安全的关键。Objective To summarize the experience in the operation of meningioma beside falx. Methods From July 1996 to July 2005, 29 cases＇meningiomas in the falx brain were resected in addition to blocking artery with silvern clamp, controlled hypotension or preoperatively embolizing blood vessel. Larger tumors were resected piece by piece and removed at a time as possible. Results According to Simpson＇s resection degree, 19 cases were treated with resection of grade Ⅰ , 7 with grade Ⅱ, 2 with grade Ⅲ, and 1 with grade IV. Of them, 2 recrudescent cases were performed resection again, and no death or dangerous hemorrhage occurred in the operation. Conclusion Conclusion Whole -resection of meningioma beside falx is an effective measure to prevent recurrence, and controlling bleeding or Drotecting brain function is the key to ensure the safety of the operation.
