摘　　要：作为高校大学生思想政治工作进公寓的创新模式,公寓社区班以宿舍基础文明、宿舍文化建设为核心,通过宿舍基础文明和宿舍文化建设,以及大学生的自治自理,实现德治、法制与文化、教育与管理的有机融合,进而实现培育学生"理想远大、信念坚定、勤劳坚毅、团结协作、和谐包容、健康向上、博学笃实、敬业创新"优良品性的预期目标,增强新时期大学生思想政治工作的实效。Guided by the the ideological and political work theory, the dormitory community class centers upon the construction of the basic civilization and the dorm culture. On the basis of the dorms＇ civilization and the students＇ self--discipline, it will strengthen the sense of virtue, law, and culture, and achieve the organic in- tegration of education and management. In this case, it will nurture students with a series of good qualities-great ambition, strongly--held belief, deligence and resolution, collaboration and harmony, health, professional learning, dedication and innovation,etc, which could earnestly implement the spirit of the 16th document of the CPC Central Committee and the State Council, and enhance the efficiency of the ideological and political work of college students in the new era.
