摘　　要：教育技术培训工作已成为深化教育教学改革、提高教学质量的重要举措。高校教师的教育技术培训要立足于掌握现代教育理念,并在现代教育教学观和教学设计思想的指导下,以多媒体技术、网络技术等信息技术为支撑的教育教学应用培训,文章探讨了高校教师现代教育技术培训的相关内容和方式。Educational technology training for teachers in university is a significant measure to promote teachers information literacy and pushing forward educational informationization. To deepen the revolution of education and to improve the quality of teaching it has become the essential act of educational technological training, It is not the training for computer operating skills, but the training for application of teaching based on mastering modern educational ideas and under the direction of modern educational views and the idea of teaching design based on information techniques such as multimedia techniques, network techniques. This article mainly argues about modern educational techniques training for teachers in universrty.
