摘　　要：目的探讨综合疗法治疗儿童屈光参差性弱视的临床疗效。方法将屈光参差性弱视的疗效与年龄、弱视程度进行统计分析。结果总有效率按年龄段：3-6岁组优于7-10岁组、7-10岁组优于11-14岁组；按程度轻度弱视最好、中度次之、重度最差。结论屈光参差性弱视的疗效与年龄、弱视程度密切相关。Objective To investigate the curative effectiveness of patients with anisometropic amblyopia for the clinical treatment in children. Methods Anisometropic amblyopia patients were divided into three groups by the age of the extent of amblyopia and thire data were analyzed by statistical methods. Results Age from 3 to 6 years old was better than age from 7 to 10 years old which was better than age from 11 to 14 years old. Conclusion There was a close relationship between the clinical treatment of anisometropia and the age of treatment as well as extent of amblyopia.
