持续静脉滴注噢美拉唑治疗消化性溃疡合并上消化道出血的临床研究

摘　　要：目的：探讨持续静脉滴注噢美拉唑治疗上消化道出血的疗效。方法：我院2007年1月至2007年12月内科住院经内镜证实的消化性溃疡合并上消化道出血患者共计154例，入院后予首剂噢美拉唑80mg静脉推注，然后以8mg／h速度持续静脉点滴72h，观察止血所需时间。结果：142例3d内出血停止，占92．21％，9例4～5d内出血停止，占5.84％，3例5d后仍有出血，占1．95％。结论：持续静脉滴注噢美拉唑是治疗消化性溃疡合并上消化道出血的有效方法。Objective： To study the effect of continuous intravenous drips omeprazole in treatment of upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage . Method： 154 cases patients incharged from Jan. 2007 to Dec. 2007, were given intravenous injection 80mg omeprazole firstly , then with continuous intravenous drips 8mg/h for 72 hours, In the mean while , observing the time of hemostatic. Result ： 142 cases of them bleeding was ceased during 3 days, occupied 92.21%. 9 cases bleeding was ceased during 4 ～ 5 days, occupied 5.84% . 3 cases bleeding wasnt ceased after 5 days, occupied 1.95%. Conclusion： It＇s an effective way to treat gastric ulcer combined upper gastrointestinal with continuous intravenous drips omeprazole.
