摘　　要：推行高校创新教育,扬弃传统僵化教学模式,发掘大学生的天赋、开发其应有的潜能、实现其个性化发展、最终为社会输出高质量的人才,早已成为教育界的共识。但在人们自觉的教育行为上,高校创新教育思想还没有真正落实到教育实践中。造成这种现状的原因是多方面的,而其根本原因是应试教育体制束缚了教师对学生综合素质能力的培养。随着高校自主招生高考制度的改革,加大创新教育的力度,就需要有全新的教学理念和方法。提倡互动情感教学方法,就是针对高校教育中存在的弊端所进行的教学手段改革,解决教与学在实践中相脱节的矛盾,体现高校创新教育的理念。The carrying out university innovation education, develops the good and discard the bad the traditional ossification educational model, excavates university student＇s talent, to develop its proper potential, to realize its personalized development, to output the high grade talented person finally for the society, already becomes educational circles ＇ mutual recognition. But in the people aware education behavior, the university innovation education thought did not have to carry out truly educates practices. Creates this kind of present situation the reason is various, but its basic reason was the shopping online system has fettered the teacher to the student overall quality ability raise. Along with the university independent recruitment of students college entrance examination system＇ s reform, increases the innovation education dynamics, needs to have the brand - new teaching idea and the method. The teaching media reform which the advocate interaction emotion teaching method, is aims at the university to educate has the malpractice which carries on, the solution teaches with the contradiction which study comes apart in reality, manifests the university innovation education the idea.
