象山县精神障碍者院外死亡原因调查

摘　　要：目的调查农村精神障碍者院外死亡的原因,为制定有效的预防措施提供依据。方法回顾性分析住院精神障碍患者中,出院后院外死亡者的病种、病程、死亡年龄、职业、婚姻、文化程度、住院次数及死亡原因等。结果145例院外死亡者的平均死亡年龄为38±15岁;自杀死亡56例,占38.62%;监护不当导致意外死亡40例,占27.59%。住院2次以下者102例;文盲和小学以下文化程度91例。结论应加大农村社区精防工作的投入,建立农村精神病患者监护管理网络。Objective To investigation the cause of the countryside mental disorders death out of hospital, making effective preventive method. Methods Retrospectively investigate the factors such as disease type, course, death reason ,age,profession,marriage, culture degree, times in hospital, who were received treatment in hos- pital from 1999 to 2005 and died out of hospital. Result 145 mental disorder patients died out of hospital ,the average dead age was 38±15, 56 cases committed suicide, take a rate of 38.63% ,40 death of occasional because of bad nursing （27.59%）.102 cases were in hospital less than twice,91 cases were illiteracy or had not graduated from primary school. Conclusion Goverment should add the investment,develop the prevention and treatment tasks of mentaal disorders actively in country community, society ,family and professional workers attend together, intervene actively in order to reduce the relapse ,slower the decline, lessen the unnaturally death rate.
