摘  要:目的揭示糖尿病对大鼠外周血中性激素水平的影响。方法用放射免疫法分别检测糖尿病(DM)大鼠10只,正常(NDM)大鼠10只和STZ大鼠10只外周血清中睾酮、促黄体生成素(LH)和促卵泡刺激素(FSH)的含量。结果DM组睾酮水平显著低于NDM组、STZ组(P<0.01),NDM组与STZ组之间则无显著性差异(P>0.05);DM组促黄体生成素(LH)水平显著高于NDM组、STZ组(P<0.01);NDM组与STZ组之间,LH水平无显著性差异(P>0.05);促卵泡刺激素(FSH)水平在各组之间无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论糖尿病大鼠血清睾酮水平显著降低,机制可能与糖尿病致睾酮合成与分泌降低有关。Objective To explore the effect of diabetes mellitus on the contents of serum sex hormones in male rats. Methods Detected the contents of serum testosterone, luteinizing hormone (LH) and follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH) in diabetic (DM) rats, normal (NDM) rats and STZ rats with radioimmunoassay. Results The testosterone in DM group was lower than that of the NDM group and STZ group (P〈0.01); The testosterone in NDM group and STZ group is inconsequential (P〉0.05);The LH in DM group was higher than that of the NDM group and STZ group (P〈0.01);The LH in NDM group and STZ group is inconsequential (P〉0.05);The FSH is inconsequential(P〉0.05). Conclusion The decreasing of the contents of testosterone was affected by DM and the decreasing of the synthesis of testosterone may be one of the most important mechanisms.
