摘　　要：建设一支高素质干部队伍是高职院校建设和发展的重要一环。干部队伍"五政"建设能使党风廉政建设制度化,先进性教育长效化,院系两级班子建设规范化,校园建设人文化,是推进高职高素质干部队伍建设的有效途径。To build a high-quality team of cadres is an important part of the construction and development of vocational colleges. The five-administration construction of cadre team can lead to the systemization of a clean and honest party style, the establishment of a sound and long-term mechanism of advanced education, the standardization of the college-department team construction and the humanism of campus construction, which is an effective approach of promoting the construction of high-quality cadre team in vocational college.
