摘　　要：高校健美操教学,应注重培养与提高教师自身的创新能力,注重教师教学观念的更新;注重教学内容与大众体育的衔接;注重教学模式的优化、合理化;注重考核方法和评价体系的规范化,从而实现健美操的教学创新。Sports aerobics teaching in college should lay emphasis on the cultivation and improvement of teachers＇ innovative ability, the updating of teachers＇ teaching concept, the link of teaching content and popular sports, the optimization and rationalization of teaching mode and the standardization of checkup methods and evaluation system so as to realize the teaching innovation of sports aerobics.
