雾化喷头雾滴直径分布测试环境的研究

摘　　要：阐述了雾滴直径分布测试系统的组成和激光粒子仪的测量原理。利用雾滴直径分布测试系统测得扇形喷头XR11001的雾滴直径分布,对雾滴大小分布进行Rosin-Rammler分布拟合。采用插值法得到雾滴的直径分布图,从而计算出雾滴直径的分布指数。The composition of droplet diameter distribution test system and the test principle of laser granule meter were elaborated firstly. Obtained the droplet diameter distribution of the fan -shaped nozzle XR11001 using the test system, carried on Rosin - Rammler similarly to the distribution of droplet size. Used the interpolation to obtain the droplet the diameter distribution map and calculated the droplet diameters distribution index.
