摘  要:水田犁壁田间作业时由于土壤对犁壁的粘附,导致犁耕阻力增加,降低生产效率。研究人员根据大量的观察和试验,发现自然界中的生物的非光滑体表具有优良的减粘降阻和脱附效应,并据此研究开发了仿生非光滑犁壁。通过田间测试,仿生非光滑犁壁与普通光滑犁壁相比,减阻率为7.88%~13.46%,翻垡好,碎土率高,有较好的推广前景。Adhesive force exists between soil and plow moldboard in the field work of paddy field plough. This phenomenon of soil adhesion not only increases the working resistance and energy consumption of these machines, but also decreases the quality of work. Living creatures in nature have non - smooth surfaces. It was found that this kind of surfaces had the characteristics of anti - adhesion and anti - resistance by lots of observations and tests. Bionic non - smooth plow moldboards of paddy field plough were developed based on these researches. The draft resistances of bionic plough and common plough were tested using a virtual instrument in paddy field. The data were analyzed and compared between bionic plough and common plough by statistical methods. The results showed that draft resistances of bionic plough are less 7. 88% - 13.46% than that of common plough. Not only in favor of turning over soil slices, but also having highly efficiency of clod crushing. The test also indicated that the application of the bionic unsmooth technology to the equipment of agriculture has important significance and market foreground.
