摘　　要：在高等教育大众化背景下,地方高校必须找准定位,把服务区域经济发展作为办学目标,通过科学分析,瞄准区域产业发展走向,以学科建设为龙头,以专业建设为"抓手",紧密结合地方经济发展需要,建立开发、设置与调整专业的机制,实现高等教育与区域经济的互动发展。In the popularization of higher education background, the local universities should properly position their role, and put the service of regional economy development as the goals of running school. Through scientific analysis,they need to aim at the regional industrial development trend,focusing on the discipline and subject construction. Furthermore, the local universities should meet the needs of the regional economic development, and establish mechanism to develop,set up and adjust specialities,thus realizing the interaction development with regional economy.
