摘　　要：目的探讨p73、COX-2在胃癌组织中的表达及其临床病理意义。方法用免疫组织化学Envison法检测73例胃癌(研究组)及20例正常胃粘膜(正常组)石蜡包埋组织中p73、COX-2的表达情况。结果①p73和COX-2在胃癌组织中呈高表达,阳性表达率分别为49.3%(36/73)和68.5%(50/73);②p73表达在不同组织学分级、不同淋巴结转移个数组间有显著性差异(P=0.003,P=0.044);③COX-2表达在年龄、肿瘤浸润深度、淋巴结转移个数、组织学分级和TNM分期间有显著性差异(P=0.040,P=0.041,P=0.020,P=0.038,P=0.001);④胃癌组织中p73与COX-2的表达无明显相关性(r=0.197,P=0.095)。结论p73与COX-2的过表达可能参与胃癌的发生、发展。COX-2对判断胃癌预后可能具有重要价值。Objective To study the protein expressions of p73 and COX-2 in gastric cancer and their clinicopathological significance. Methods Protein expressions of p73 and COX-2 in paraffin embedded tissues from 73 cases of gastric cancer and 20 normal gastric mucosa tissues were analyzed by immunohistochemical method（Envison）. Results Expressions of p73 and COX-2 in gastric cancer were higher than in normal gastric mucosa tissues, with the expression rates being 49.3% （36/73） and 68.5%（50/73） respectively. The difference of the expression of p73 in specimens in different histological types and number of lymph node metastasis was significant（P = 0.003, P = 0.044）. Difference was also found in the expression of COX-2 in different age groups, infiltrative depth, number of lymph node, metastasis, differentiated degree, and TNM stages（ P = 0.040, P = 0.041, P = 0.020, P = 0.038, P = 0.001）. No significant correlation was found between the expressions of p73 and COX-2 （ r=0.197, P=0.095）. Conclusion This experiment suggests that higher expressions of p73 and COX-2 may play certain roles in the oncogenesis and progression of gastric cancer. The expression of COX-2 seems to add significant values to the prognosis of gastric cancers.
