大学新生心理健康与自我和谐的相关研究  

Relationship of mental health with self consistency and congruence in college freshmen

摘　　要：目的研究大学新生的心理健康状况与自我和谐之间的关系。方法采用症状自评量表、自我和谐量表对634名大学新生进行问卷调查,采用相关分析和t检验分析不同心理健康水平的大学新生其自我和谐程度以及心理健康状况与自我和谐的关系。结果心理健康水平较高的学生自我与经验的不和谐程度与自我的刻板性较低,自我的灵活性较高;SCL-90中人际关系、抑郁两因子和自我经验的不和谐有显著的正相关(r=0.107,0.088)。SCL-90各个分量表与自我的灵活性有显著负相关,与自我刻板有显著正相关。结论自我和谐程度对心理健康有显著影响。Objective To explore the relationship between mental health and self-congruence in college freshmen. Methods A total of 634 college freshman were questionnaired with SCL-90 and self consistency and congruence.Self consistency and congruence situation in freshmen with different mental health level,and correlation of SCL-90 score and self-consistency congruence were analyzed using correlation analysis and t-test. Results Freshmen with a high level mental health had lower scores of self-inconsistency,and self-stereotype,and higher scores of self flexibility.Interpersonal relationship and depression was positively correlated with self-inconsistency（r=0.107,r=0.088）.The subsidiary scales of SCL-90 was negatively correlated with self-flexibility,but positively correlated with self-stereotype. Conclusion Self consistency and congruence could significantly influence mental health.
