摘  要:对二甲醚(DME)用作汽车空调制冷剂的性能与现有汽车空调用制冷剂R134a进行对比。首先比较二甲醚和R134a的基础热力性质,然后对二甲醚和R134a在汽车空调标准工况和变工况下制冷循环性能进行理论计算及分析。分析表明:二甲醚的制冷性能与R134a基本相似,而COP却优于R134a。因此,更具环保优势的二甲醚是一种理想的、潜在的汽车空调制冷剂。Compares the thermodynamic properties and the refrigeration performance of dimethyl ether (DME, CH3OCH3) and R134a, both used as refrigerant for automobile air conditioning. Firstly, compares the thermophysical properties of DME and R134a, and calculates and analyzes theoretically the performance of automobile air-conditioning refrigeration cycle of standard operating condition and that of variable operating condition for DME and R134a. The results show that the refrigeration performance of DME is similar to R134a and the COP is higher than that of R134a. Moreover, DME has the features of environment friendship, non-toxicity and compatibility with materials. Therefore, DME is a suitable refrigerant for automobile air conditioning.
