摘　　要：在查阅相关文献的基础上,本文对我国传统牛肉制品的特点、传统牛肉制品目前加工的现状及其发展趋势进行了综述,并提出了解决这些问题的对策,从而使中国传统的牛肉制品能够进入现代化的市场。On the basis of consulting certain related literatures, This article summarized the merits, present situation, and development trend of the traditional beef products. And it also proposes countermeasure to solve these problems. It enables Chinese traditional beef products to enter the modernized market.
