摘  要:为了研究入侵性杂草——紫茎泽兰(Ageratina adenophora)对三叶草、黑麦草的化感作用。对紫茎泽兰地上部及地下部淋溶物、根部分泌物的化感活性进行了研究。研究结果发现:三叶草、黑麦草种子萌发和幼苗生长在0.005 gDW/mL浸提液浓度下即表现出显著或极显著抑制作用,且化感作用大小随组分浓度增加而增加;相同浓度下紫茎泽兰地上部分水浸提液的化感作用明显强于其地下部分水浸液的化感作用;浸提液对受体植物种子萌发中根的抑制作用明显强于对芽的影响。地上部自然枯落物水浸液对受体植物化感测定的结果显示,当浓度达到0.01~0.05 gDW/mL及以上时,三叶草、黑麦草的发芽率、发芽速度指数、根长、芽长及鲜重等各指标在处理与对照间产生显著性差异。紫茎泽兰根系分泌物的二氯甲烷提取物在10 gFW/mL浓度下,对三叶草、黑麦草种子萌发及幼苗生长均表现出化感抑制作用。Crofton weed,a noxious invasive alien species known as Ageratina adenophora(Spreng.)(Asteraceae)(Synonym: Eupatorium adenophora),has become widespread in many areas in China,caused serious economic losses,and posed ecological threat.The successful invasion of the weed might be partly due to its strong allelopathy.This paper studied the allelopathic effects of different part of A.adenophora,so as to examine its spreading mechanism and to find out ways to bring it under control.The allelopathic effects of different part of A.adenophora on the receptor plants were studied using the bioassay method in lab.The results showed that germination and seedling growth of clover(Trifolium repeus) and ryegrass(Lolium perenne) were significantly inhibited by aqueous extracts at the concentration of 0.005 gDW/mL and was concentration dependent.Allelopathy of aqueous leachates of the upper-ground part was stronger than the under-ground part of the same concentration.The allelopathic effect on the shoots of receptor plants was stronger than that of roots.The fraction at the concentration of 10 gFW/mL was extracted with dichloromethane from root exudates, and showed significant inhibition against seed germination and seedling growth of ryegrass and clover.
