摘　　要：课堂教学是本科教学中的核心环节,提高教师的课堂沟通能力是改善教学效果的有效途径。为达到有效沟通,教师应运用语言沟通和非语言沟通技巧,营造和谐的课堂气氛,提高教学质量。The classroom teaching is the core link in the undergraduate teaching, the improvement of teacher＇s classroom communication ability is the effective method that improves the teaching effect. In order to achieve effective communication, the teacher should make use of the skill of the language communication and the non-language communication to building harmonious atmosphere of the classroom and to improve the teaching quality.
