摘　　要：针对药理学实验课程面临的新情况,通过提高思想认识,加大管理力度,抓好相关环节,增强激励机制,综合测评成绩等诸方面的努力,使课程开设达到预期的目的,培养实用型高职人才。In accordance with the new situations confronted in the experimental course of pharmacology, we can achieve the original goal of the course while improve the comprehensive quality of the students through our efforts of enhancing our ideological acknowledgment, strengthening our management, seizing the relevant links, gaining mechanism of encouragement and train practical talents of higher vocation.
