摘　　要：目的为卫生监督方向提供依据。方法GB4789-1994与GB／T4789-2003《食品卫生检验方法微生物学部分》，结果四年共检样品3203份，总合格率达到89．5％，送检样品与抽检样品合格率的χ^2=186．82；p〈〈0．01，统计学上有显著差异，不同种类食品样品合格率比较，χ^2=410．14；p〈〈0．01，统计学上有显著差异。结论：抽检样品结果更加真实可信：不同种类食品的合格率差别很大。objective To provide evidence for health inspection.[Methods]GB4789-1994 or GB/T4789-2003 《Microbiology examination of food hygiene》[Results] The samples we examined infour years is tota13203, the percent of pass is 89.5%,compare the percent of pass of send samples and select samples , χ^2=186.82,p〈〈0.01,differenceissignificant. Comparethe percent of pass of different kind of food , χ^2=410.14; p〈〈0.01, difference is significant .[Conclusions] The rusults of select samples is more confidence; the percent of pass of different kind of food is significantly different.
