摘　　要：对矿区环境保护和土地复垦的现状进行对照分析,针对矿区土地复垦中存在的问题,提出将矿区土地复垦工作放到区域经济规划中来定位,进而提出根据区域经济社会发展需要,时续性生态复垦的矿区复垦新观点。The author analyzes the environmental protection in contrast with the present situation of land reclamation. And locates the mining area land reclamation work into the regional economy program. According to the problems existing in the mining area land reclamation . Then the author gives the readers some new idea about the time continue ecological reclamation based on the regional economy society development.
