摘  要:目的探讨脑出血后血肿周围细胞凋亡的规律以及抑肽酶的干预作用。方法采用未抗凝新鲜自体股动脉血注入大鼠尾状核建立脑出血动物模型。将75只大鼠随机分成对照组、脑出血组、抑肽酶组,各实验组分6h、1d、3d、5d及7d5个时间点。分别采用TUNEL染色法观察血肿周围细胞凋亡的发生。结果脑出血后72h血肿周围组织可见大量凋亡细胞,抑肽酶干预可使凋亡细胞的数量明显下降(P<0.01)。结论提示抑肽酶可以减轻脑出后血肿周围脑组织细胞凋亡。[Objective] To investigate dynamic changes of apoptosis around hematoma in intracerebral hemorrhagic(ICH) rats and the role that aprotinin plays on it after hemorrhage. [Methods] Animal model was made by injecting self arterial blood into the caudate nucleus of rats. 75 rats were randomly assigned to control group, cerebral hemorrhage group and apoptosis treated group. Mter the injection, the rats were sacrificed at 6 h, 1 d, 3 d, 5 d, 7 d respectively. Apoptosis levels were detected by TUNEL technique, meanwhile the intervention effect of aprotinin was observed over a time course ranging from 6 hours to 7 days. [Results] TUNEL positive ceils appeared in perhematoma tissue and peaked at 3 days after hemorrhage. Administration of apoptosis could reduce the expression of apoptosis. [Conclusion] Aprotinin can reduce apoptosis expression in intracerebral hemorrhagic(ICH) rats.
