摘 要:材料在加工、制造过程中难免出现位错、裂纹、空洞等微观缺陷,机械工程中的材料又经常处于运动之中。运动材料的速度、加速度对其内部位错的行为产生显著的影响。分析了具有角速度和角加速度的旋转圆柱材料中刃型位错的行为,旨在探讨材料的运动对位错行为的影响。运用复变函数理论,获得了复势函数和应力场的精确解,导出了作用于刃型位错的像力表达式,并讨论了旋转圆盘角速度和角加速度对位错力的影响。数值结果表明,旋转角速度使得x轴上的位错受到y方向的作用力,这个作用力随旋转角速度的增大而增大;而位错受到的x方向的作用力随旋转角加速度的增大而增大,旋转角加速度为负值时,存在一个位错的不稳定平衡位置,位错在此位置受到的合力为零。Microstructure defects ( such as dislocations, cracks and holes) are unavoidable exited in the process of material machining and manufacture, and mechanical engineering usually needs material is in movement. There is notable influence of the velocity and the acceleration on the edge dislocations. The behaviour of edge dislocations are analyzed in a revolving cylindrical component which has angular velocity and angular acceleration. In order to discuss the influence of the material movement on the behaviour of edge dislocations. Exact solutions of stress field are obtained by using the complex functions theory. The expressions of the image force acting on edge dislocation are derived, and the influence of the angular velocity and angular acceleration in the revolving cylindrical component on the image force is discussed. Numerical results show that the x axis edge dislocations subjected Fy as a result of the angular velocity, and Fy increases with the increase of the angular velocity, at the same time, Fx increases with the increase of the angular acceleration.There is an unstable equilibrium point in the revolving cylindrical component when the angular acceleration is negative. The total force the edge dislocations subjected is zero at this point.
