基于农民增收视野下政校合作科技支农的机制研究

摘　　要：建设社会主义新农村,解决"三农"问题的核心目标,是改变农村贫困落后状况,其物质基础是发展农村经济,增加农民收入。以金华职业技术学院政校合作科技支农的实践探索和农民增收、高职发展的初步成效为例,不仅指出高职院校与地方政府合作支农机制的形式内容,而且进一步分析形成这一机制的内在根据和必要条件。Resolving the issue of ＂agriculture, farmers, and countryside＂ remains the fundamental goal in building socialist new countryside. Developing rural economy and increasing farmers＇ income serve as the physical basis for overcoming the backwardness in the rural areas. This paper takes as an example the successful cooperation between Jinhua Vocational Technology College and the government to provide the countryside with science and technology which not only helps raise farmers＇income, but also promote the vocational education. It explains the forms in which a cooperative system can be built between vocational colleges and local governments and expounds the inherent basis and necessary conditions for the formation of such a system.
