摘  要:用于高精密温度特性测试的恒温槽,需要具有稳定、均匀的温度场,采用石英晶体温度传感器(QTCS),PIC16F876微处理器和模糊PID控制算法,对温控系统进行了设计。给出了石英晶体温度传感器测温电路、PWM控制输出电路设计和利用Matlab模糊逻辑工具箱进行模糊控制器设计的过程。仿真和实验结果表明,此温控系统在较大的温度范围内具有响应快、精确度高、鲁棒性好的特点。实际运行结果表明:恒温槽的实际温度控制的范围为0℃-100℃,15min的波动度小于±0.05℃,可以很好地满足高精度温度特性测试的需求。Thermostat which is used in high accuracy temperature calibration requires stable, consistent temperature field. In order to satisfy the demand, the temperature control syaytem of the thermostat was designed and imp lemented by adopting quartz crystal temperature sensor (QCTS), microprocessor PIC16F876 and fuzzy PID control method. The circuit of QCTS temperature test and PWM output control were presented. The designing process of Fuzzy controller by using of Matlab Fuzzy control tool box were introduced. The results of simulations and experiments show that the temperature controlling system possessing fast response, high precision and robust over large temperature scope. The experimental result s indicate that and the temperature stability is better than ± 0.05℃ per 15 minutes within the range from 0℃ to 100℃.
