摘　　要：虚拟企业协同设计可以最大程度的发挥企业核心竞争力,充分利用外部资源,以快速响应市场需求。无效迭代是影响虚拟企业协同设计成败的重要因素,在分析无效迭代风险产生原因的基础上,从加强虚拟企业组织建设、优化产品开发流程,完善信息系统等方面提出减少无效迭代风险的措施。The collaborative design of virtual enterprise （CDVE） can make enterprise further exert its core competencies, fully utilize the outside resources and quick response to market demand. Invalid-iteration is a critical factor influencing the success of CDVE. Based on the analysis of risks from invalid-iteration, some measures to avoid risks are proposed to enhance fheir cooperation among virtual enterprises （VE）, optimize their flows of product development and perfect their information system.
