血清基质金属蛋白酶-9在几种胃疾病中的表达及临床意义

摘　　要：目的探讨血清中基质金属蛋白酶-9(MMP-9)在几种胃疾病的表达及其临床意义。方法采用ELISA法检测27例胃癌患者、24例胃粘膜肠上皮化生、15例慢性萎缩性胃炎、32例胃溃疡、20例轻度浅表性胃炎或无任何病理变化者血清中MMP-9的含量。结果胃癌组患者血清中MMP-9水平明显升高,与其余各组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),胃黏膜肠上皮化生组MMP-9水平与其余各组比较,差异也有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论MMP-9可能参与胃疾病的发生和发展,检测血清MMP-9能反应出胃疾病的生物学行为,为临床治疗提供有意义的参考指标。Objective To explore the expression and its meaning of serum matrix metalloproteinase-9 （ MMP-9 ） in gastric diseases. Methods Of 118 patients with gastric symptoms who underwent endoscope and biopsy examination, 15 cases chronic atrophic,24 cases enteral metaplasia ,32 cases peptic ulcer,27 cases gastric carcinoma were included in the study ,and 20 case with mild superficial gastritis or no pathological as controis. ELISA method was used to examine MMP-9 contents. Results The level of serum MMP-9 were significantly higher in the gastric cancer groups than that in the controls group（ P 〈 0.01 ） ;The level of MMP-9 were also significantly higher than that in groups other than the cancer group （ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion It is suggested that the levels of serum MMP-9 may play an important role in gastric diseases and its development, and we can preoperatively evaluate the biological characteristics by examining the expression of serum MMP-9 of gastric diseases.
