羧甲基壳聚糖在阻生齿拔牙创中的应用研究

摘　　要：目的将羧甲基壳聚糖应用于复杂下颌阻生智齿拔牙创中,观察对拔牙术后并发症发生的影响。方法筛选口腔科就诊的需行翻瓣手术拔除的中、低位下颌阻生智齿患者93例96个患牙。在阻生智齿拔除后常规处理拔牙创,将经消毒后的羧甲基壳聚糖约0.1g置于拔牙创内。观察不同时间拔牙后出血及干槽症等并发症的发生情况。结果经Wilcoxon秩和检验拔牙术后30min和1d,羧甲基壳聚糖具有明显的止血效果(P<0.05),拔牙创出血发生情况明显少于对照组。壳聚糖组与对照组在术后干槽症发生率差异具有统计学意义。结论羧甲基壳聚糖可以有效地减轻拔牙术后出血,可以降低干槽症发生。Objectives To study the effects of carboxy-methylchiton following extraction of impacted mandibular third molar by clinical experiment. Materials and Methods： Outpatients who has the impacted mandibular third molar of middle and low position was selected and as a result there were 93 patients with 96 tooth extracted in this study. Results Wilcoxon rank sum test showed that there was a significant difference in haemorrhage and chi-square test showed that there was a significant difference in dry socket. Conclusions The study demonstrated Carboxy-methylchiton possess the effects of decreasing haemorrhage and dry socket.
